Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mail box account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward emails from one email mailbox account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mail accounts against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Just specify the email mailbox you want to forward e-mails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the email client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
